Fitness Pilates 
My low impact classes focus on building your body's core strength, flexibility, agility and improving posture through a series of low repetition stretching and conditioning exercises. It is a complete workout which helps your mind and body to work in harmony.  All exercises are developed with modifications to make them safe but challenging for a person at any level. I like to use equipment to enhance the basic exercises and create enjoyable routines.

Trigger Point Pilates™
You will start the class by gently mobilising the body, learning how to stay in good alignment and how to connect breath to each exercise. Using compression, movement and dynamic stretch you will work on your agility, mobility and flexibility. I guide you during the class, demonstrating the exercises, then I check technique and make adjustments if required. The aim is to  get deep into the muscle fibres and help knotted muscles to relax.

Circuit & Tone
​Circuit is an all in one Fitness Class that provides you with a fat burning strength building workout. Specially developed exercises teach your body to be a fat burner and help you tone up naturally. Cardio and strength building routines work on your stamina and core fitness, leaving the cool down to promote your flexibility and mobility. This class is safe and challenging for all fitness levels. Your calorie burn and fitness development is dependent on how hard you wish to push yourself, this makes the classes most effective and enjoyable.

Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness class uses Latin music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness workout. Fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic fitness approach to achieve a uniquely blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

This is a dynamic toning and conditioning class which uses kettlebells. The KETTFusion® exercises will improve your strength, stamina, core fitness and cardio fitness.
I present the class in a way which makes it safe and enjoyable for all fitness levels!




My classes are drop-in, just turn up and workout! All fitness levels are welcome, the exercises are always tailored to suit you.
