Fitness Pilates 
My low impact classes focus on building your body's core strength, flexibility, agility and improving posture through a series of low repetition stretching and conditioning exercises. It is a complete workout which helps your mind and body to work in harmony.  All exercises are developed with modifications to make them safe but challenging for a person at any level. I like to use equipment to enhance the basic exercises and create enjoyable routines.

Gentle Keep Fit Class-Over 60’s, Keep Moving! An easy to follow fitness class, choreographed dances with exercises to keep mobile, strong & flexible, all abilities welcome.

KETTFusion®
This is a dynamic toning and conditioning class which uses kettlebells. The KETTFusion® exercises will improve your strength, stamina, core fitness and cardio fitness. I present the class in a way which makes it safe and enjoyable for all fitness levels!

Weights
​A low impact weight based conditioning class aimed at over 40's (but not essential) to encourage strength and bone density. This is a 30 minute class working on technique and is Ideal for both men and women using bigger weights and lower reps. This class can be chair based and be adapted to suit most health conditions.
