Are my classes for beginners, intermediate or advanced levels of fitness?
All my classes are created to challenge you, to get results. They are for any fitness level. Every move can be modified. I encourage you to work at your own pace, listen to your body and take breaks when you need them if you are a beginner. If you are at an advanced level, you will still be challenged. 

What do I wear/bring to the class?
You’ll need to wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Trainers for all my classes except Pilates where it it is normal to exercise in socks or barefoot, you can of course keep your trainers on if you prefer. You need to bring a mat, a bottle of water or sports drink to prevent dehydration and drink before you feel thirsty.

Please print out and bring your completed Par-q form when coming to my class for the first time or inform me if any information you have previously given me has changed. I also require you to complete the Covid Consent form upon attendance of your first class
